Where we deliver, when, and what it costs

Deliveries run from the Al Quoz cold chain across all seven emirates. The exact window and cutoff for an address are shown at checkout; the schedule below is the published one.

Which emirates do you deliver to, and on which days?

Dubai and Abu Dhabi: six days a week. Al Ain: Tuesday and Saturday. Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

When do I have to order to get a delivery the next morning?

Orders placed before the daily cutoff shown at checkout are delivered in the next available window; an order placed after cutoff moves to the window after that. In practice that means ordering in the evening and receiving before morning prep.

Is there a minimum order?

No order is refused for being small. The minimum order value is AED 500: delivery cost is included in product pricing above it, and orders below it carry a small-order delivery fee, shown before the order is placed.

How is a weight-variable cut invoiced?

Most items are cut and weighed to order. The amount is held on estimate at checkout and charged to the gram once the order is weighed, so the final invoice reflects the actual weight at the agreed price. Check the delivery note against the order before signing.

What happens if something I ordered is out of stock?

Where possible we offer a substitute of the same marbling grade and brand, or the next higher marbling grade if an exact match is not available. A substitute is invoiced at its own price, not at the price of the item originally ordered. If nothing suitable is in stock, we send an estimated restock date and notify you by email or WhatsApp when the item is back.
