What we supply, and where it comes from

Suma Gourmet is a B2B supplier of halal-certified fine meats to hotels, restaurants and retailers in the UAE and the wider Gulf, trading in the region since 2010 from its own cold storage and butchery in Al Quoz, Dubai.

What does Suma Gourmet supply?

Wagyu — Japanese A5 and Australian full-blood; Black Angus, Australian grain-fed and American pasture-raised; grass-fed beef from New Zealand and Australia; dry-aged beef, including bone-in 30-day dry-aged ribeye; heritage lamb, milk-fed veal and free-range duck. Cuts are supplied chilled or frozen, whole or portioned.

The published catalogue holds 157 lines, including beef 118, chicken 2, duck 6, lamb 8, turkey 11 and veal 10.

Where does the meat come from?

Every card in the catalogue states its origin, and the public catalogue shows it without a sign-in.

Origins currently listed: Australia (91), Japan (18), Netherlands (10) and Argentina (7).

Who does Suma Gourmet sell to?

Approved trade accounts only — hotels, restaurants, caterers and retailers. There is no consumer storefront on this platform; access is by application.

Can I see prices without an account?

No. Pricing is contract-based and set per account, so it is visible only after sign-in. The public catalogue shows the full specification of every product — origin, cut, grade, format, condition — with “Pricing on request” in place of a price.
