How trade access and credit work
Suma Gourmet Pro is open to approved trade accounts. Access is by application, and the three payment routes below are available from the first order.
How do I open a trade account?
Send a request from the site. Within 24 hours we confirm your details and email your invitation; signing in from that invitation opens the catalogue at your own pricing.
How can I pay?
Three ways. Trade credit, by application reviewed in minutes, with the available balance shown live in the header. A card saved at checkout, with nothing charged until the order is weighed and then charged the exact amount. Or cash on delivery, paid to the driver, again at the exact weighed amount.
New accounts pay by card or cash on delivery while a credit application is being reviewed.
Why can I not see a price before signing in?
Pricing is contractual and specific to an account, so it is never shown publicly. The public catalogue carries the full specification of every product without it.
